I was inspired by the colors of the Just Water created by Jaden Smith when we were assigned a prompt of using colors. The wave is made out of a plastic bag and excess packaging paper as a nod to what Just Water’s mission to be a more sustainable brand of water bottle with it’s responsibly sourced spring water and paper-based carton.

The theme for the assignment was black, white, and neutrals. This inspired me to do an advertisement using my own clothes I have at hand. I wanted it to be a little bit more abstract, which prompted me to using things from the studio like the blocks, acrylic squares, and the white side of the V-flat to create this very angular display for my clothes.

For my first in-class assignment, we had to work with what we had. My group decided on making an advertisement for a jewelry brand. We used our jewelry and some crumpled paper with the box given for us to work with.
